SMS / Text Messaging Terms

Program name: Kelder Threads Order Updates

Program description: Kelder Threads Inc., operating as Kelder Threads and Kelder Threads Embroidery ("Kelder Threads"), sends text messages to customers who have agreed to receive them. Messages relate to your embroidery order and may include order status updates, pickup-ready notices, requests to approve a design proof, and replies to questions you have asked us.

How you opt in: you give consent verbally when placing an order with Kelder Threads in person or by phone. We confirm your enrollment with a text message. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency: message frequency varies based on your order activity.

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.

To opt out, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
